Is there any place where we can find a central place for information for installing jupyter in Fedora? The best that I could found was an article on Fedora Magazine: https://fedoramagazine.org/jupyter-and-data-science-in-fedora/ In this case the question come from my wife who installed today a new machine with Fedora 34. My suggestions was to install python3-notebook but unless you know this it is not obvious where to search for it.
