What happened here was part of libguestfs (Epoch 1) was split into a separate upstream repo and Fedora package called guestfs-tools (Epoch 0). I don't really want to use Epoch 1 for the whole of the new package. I wonder if it will work to just put Epoch 1 into the virt-dib subpackage? Let's see ... We're not shipping virt-dib in RHEL 9.
