Unannounced soname bump: libavif (breaking doxygen and graphviz)

Hi everybody,

libavif was updated to version 0.9.0 an hour ago, and it bumps soname.
The packager was obviously aware but went ahead regardless and even
removed the guard rails:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libavif/c/6f1a12d20d5e8483ec9470010279b22678cc8f7f?branch=rawhide

This change now breaks installation of gd, graphviz, doxygen, and
hence, half of Fedora, and was also submitted to F34:

https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-9d7783af8a

Can we get this update untagged from rawhide please, so it can be
handled properly without breaking half the distro?

Fabio
