No.  The 2nd word of the output of "uname -a" is the nodename
(hostname), so it just outputs the value of the system's hostname
there.  See also "uname -n".  Hostnames are traditionally all
lowercase, but if you want to change it feel free:

hostnamectl set-hostname Fedora
