Ahh, I never thought to look past %files :)
Separate package, but I got a similar daemon-reload warning for unbound-libs, but it was for a timer unit, which are not mentioned in the packaging guidelines.
Warning: The unit file, source configuration file or drop-ins of unbound-anchor.timer changed on disk. Run 'systemctl daemon-reload' to reload units.
Should they be?
