How can a package exist in an epel repo but not be reflected at src.fedoraproject.org/rpms?

For example, according this, mkvtoolnix should not exist in EPEL:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mkvtoolnix

Except it does:
> $ repoquery -i mkvtoolnix

> Name : mkvtoolnix
> Version : 46.0.0
> Release : 1.el7
> Architecture: x86_64
> Size : 22564023
> Packager : Fedora Project
> Group : Unspecified
> URL : https://mkvtoolnix.download/
> Repository : epel
> Summary : Matroska container manipulation utilities
> Source : mkvtoolnix-46.0.0-1.el7.src.rpm
> Description :
> Mkvtoolnix is a set of utilities to mux and demux audio, video and subtitle
> streams into and from Matroska containers.
