Since the last pagure version was deployed, the API for querying a
group's packages (api/0/group/foo?projects=true) was broken - it is
now paginated, where before it was not:

Note that it does not return any error code, but instead just gives
only the first 20 results instead of all of them.
Additionally, the paginated query is currently broken, querying pages
2 and later returns zero results:

This is hopefully fixed quickly, as it is now impossible to query
pagure for a group's packages / projects via the API.
