 I haven't looked at it in a couple of years, but last I looked at it, the packaging was awful, and the interdependencies between sub-packages made me walk away in disgust.  As somebody who spends the majority of my waking hours these days dealing with SIP and telecommunications systems, I'd be happy to donate an hour or two to see if we can improve things with regards to SIP clients in Fedora.
