Problematic in what way? The Jython interpreter itself is independent from the
CPython 2 EOL. Like PyPy.
Problematic in that all the 'libraries' wanted by someone using Jython need to be older ones which are able to work in python2 syntax. So as more libraries in base python become Python3 only syntax, there is less and less which would work with Jython or PyPy.

That's something I'd like to understand more. If there are no people using
Jython on Fedora then obviously nothing and we should not bother. Currently, it
is nice to say: "We have all the Pythons in Fedora, even Jython", but that is
not good enough reason :/
