Yes , OpenCV is built with coin-or-Clp [1] is build with -DWITH_CLP=ON, 
and module 'clp' is found clp, version 1.17.6 

Extra dependencies:   /lib64/libClpSolver.so /lib64/libClp.so
/lib64/libCoinUtils.so
