that claims that it makes spec compatible with RHEL (ignore parts that they
violate packaging guidelines).
However, it might make it RHEL compatible but for sure not ELN compatible.
Moreover, I am not aware of any announcements that ELN SIG wants to not have any
rust-* packages for RHEL 9.
Side note: Don't hold a grudge against the co-maintainer, they might have been
told that this is the way. I suppose that if changes like this have been
promoted internally, I'd be arguing to have a conversation in Fedora instead,
without success.
