What system will be used to run the mass rebuild script?
If it's a fedora 33 system, I suggest modifying the script to invoke
rpmdev-bumpspec with the "-D" flag for better compatibiltiy with older
RPM versions (for people who care about that sort of thing, e.g.
maintainers who merge specs back into epel branches).
