In the past we have tried to keep the meeting in UTC so it was clear,
and additionally the fesco meeting at least moves around after elections
often. (Although it hasn't in a while recently). 

The problem with Europe/Dublin is that EU and US DST doesn't change at
the same time. So there's a week or two on either end where one is
changed and not the other, adding to confusion. 

Timezones suck. :(
