Happy New Year everyone! I've tried to get in touch with Eduardo concerning co-maintainership of the python-rfc3987 package for EPEL8 a couple times at/after December 7th and haven't heard back from him. If anybody knows how to contact him other than via his email address stored in FAS (on Cc), please let me know. According to the policy for non-responsive package maintainers[1], I checked that he wasn't listed as on vacation in the time since then. Also, the fedora-active-user doesn't show him being active recently in Fedora (last login to FAS in May 2020, last other activity much older). Therefore, I filed a bug[2] against python-rfc3987 component using the non-reponsive package maintainer template. He has two other open tickets in Bugzilla[3, 4], both stale for years. Unless I hear back from him in the meantime, I'll continue the process, filing an issue with FESCo in a week.
