Basically it was a odd corner case (a mistagged package was retagged but then it's written out signed files were garbage collected, that caused a failed compose. Then the signed rpms were written out and another compose run, but due to a pungi bug it re-used the unsigned rpms instead of gathering the new signed rpms).
