I apologize for not copying my final (slightly modified) proposal into
the meeting minutes, I didn't want to cause confusion.
I copied the text into the corresponding ticket, but forgot to paste
it into the email as well. Thank you for clarifying.

I made this proposal hoping that it reflects most concerns and
opinions that were raised during the discussion on this list and in
the FESCo ticket, and it was approved unanimously by all present FESCo
members, so I hope this way forward is acceptable for most Fedoreans.
(Fedorons? Fedorans?)
