Hello Fedora, Panu.

I've noticed Koschei starts reporting missing dependencies:

https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/package/python3.10?collection=f34

"nothing provides librpmio.so.9()(64bit) needed by
libappstream-glib-0.7.18-1.fc34.x86_64"

It appears that the soname version was bumped:

$ repoquery --repo=koji --provides rpm-libs
librpm.so.10()(64bit)
librpmio.so.10()(64bit)
...

Was that intentional?

Oh bollocks... no. Thanks for reporting.

Can you update the spec file so the build fails when that happens so
it's picked up earlier please?

Yes, but when that happens is already too late, because it means the
upstream release is botched up. So it needs to be caught much, much
earlier.

But it'd still be better to catch it downstream, even if upstream messed
up, so we don't need to go through the exercise of having broken rawhide.

See above, I already said "yes".
