Is there plan to rebuild containers even for f32(I assume that they got rebuild for f33 and rawhide.)? It seems from brief check that some are missing for aarch64 and so are breaking further container builds.

I think that will be a case by case thing, there is no automated way to rebuild all the containers.

Is there anything that I can do to help with that?

If you have a failure you should be able to build any container, so in that case you can rebuild s2i-base in f32 before doing your other builds.
