I don't get why these were orphaned, I fixed them back in August.

The FTBFS bugzillas were in NEW when they were orphaned via https://pagure.io/releng/issue/9860

(I know this is not ideal, improvements of the process are more than welcome.)

Unfortunately no. I wrote a script to do so, but it closed way to many bugzillas that shouldn't be closed (e.g. "I've commented out tests temporarily to make it build, but let's keep this open so we don't forgot to enable them back soon" kinda bugzillas) :(
