When there is - external:* then I know I have to use non-rpm content. - external:pypi:* then I know I will use PyPI and I need to run pip3 - external:pypi:foo then I know I have to run 'pip3 install foo' The problem with external:python3-foo is that there is no direct one-to-one mapping to PyPI name. There are some packages where there was change in upper case/lower case.
