I would be interested in taking celt071 if nobody else wants it. I use Mumble regularly. The only wrinkle is I'm not currently a packager, though I do have a package in review[0] that I grossly underestimated the complexity of.

I was hoping to get rnnoise[1] included in Fedora and enabled in Mumble. I already have it packaged[2] and was hoping to submit it after the hundred years war with my first package reached its conclusion, but perhaps I should submit it for review now in the hopes of being able to adopt celt071?
