License change: rust-tinyvec(0.3): zlib -> zlib or ASL 2.0 or MIT

Hi everybody,

As of tinyvec versions 0.3.4 / 1.0.0, the crate was re-licensed from
"Zlib" to "Zlib OR Apache-2.0 OR MIT" to better align its license with
the broader Rust ecosystem (which mostly uses "Apache-2.0 OR MIT" and
packages that depend on it.

Since this is a less restrictive set of licenses, I expect only
positive effects in fedora (e.g. the possibility to drop "Zlib" from
the effective License of some Rust binary packages that have tinyvec
in their dependency tree).
