sip 5?

Does anyone know if there are plans to move fedora to sip 5?

We currently have 4.19, but all the new calibre versions require 5 and
sip 5 has been out for about a year now. ;(

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1825507
had some discussion, but nothing recently. ;(

I think it would make sense to package 5 up and keep 4 around for things
that need it. (Possibly moving them to a 4.x compat package).
