If you had installed the previous update to kde apps:

https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2020-94522cc2fa 


I had the same problem and downgrading just kaccounts-integration, kaccounts-providers and ktp-accounts-kcm and restarting akonadi was enough to have akonadi/kmail working again.
