If you use "rpmbuild -ba" instead of "rpmbuild -bb" to build your RPMs,
you'll get a src.rpm as well as your binary RPMs.

Alternatively, you can just do "rpmbuild -bs" to build a src.rpm.

See "man rpmbuild" (of course).
