I just noticed that it says in the update that it cannot be pushed:
"This update cannot be pushed to stable. These builds
community-mysql-8.0.21-12.fc34 have a more recent build in koji's f34
tag."

And indeed, community-mysql has been "rebuilt for protobuf 3.13" in F34
after it has been rebuilt in the libevent side tag.

Not sure what we should do about it. Should we perhaps pull in the new
protobuf into the libevent side tag and rebuild community-mysql again?
