That is most likely a package issue that is just exposed by LTO. I'll take a look, but the QT singleton and gnulib regexp issues are higher priority right now.  It'll show up in my opt-out scanner, so that guarantees it won't be lost -- which is important as that diagnostic can be an indicator of a security issue and disabling LTO wouldn't change the underlying potential security issue.
