It looks like your binary packages were caught up in the "mass untagging" of rust source-only packages after the f33 branch point. I don't know if you can submit bodhi updates for those builds now or if they're not in the right state for that. But just[0] building them again and submitting bodhi updates should bring them to f33 again.
