rust-bytemuck license change: zlib -> zlib or ASL 2.0 or MIT

The subject says it all ... with the update to rust-bytemuck 1.4.1,
the license changed from zlib only to zlib OR ASL 2.0 OR MIT. Since
this is less restrictive (and matches the rest of the Rust ecosystem
better), this is a good thing TM I guess :)
