perl-interpreter does not depend on perl-macros any longer

Hello,

I'd like to inform Fedora packagers that I removed the long-overlooked and
useless post-install dependency from perl-interpreter on perl-macros package
(effective since perl-interpreter-5.32.0-463.fc34). I don't forsee any
consequences, but here are the details:

perl-macros delivers RPM macros that are sometimes used in spec files when
packaging Perl software. Because perl-macros is transitively required by
perl-generators per FPC decision
<https://pagure.io/packaging-committee/issue/620#comment-145188>, only
packages that do not build-require perl-generators and perl-macros, but that
use the macros will be affected. I believe that there is no such package.

Nevertheless, if you happen that some of the macros from
<https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/perl/raw/master/f/macros.perl> become
undefined for you, build-requiring perl-macros should fix it.
