It's not exactly pending anything *in particular*. It's just...pending.
:) It has not been submitted to testing, so it's just sort of...there.
The update exists but as things stand the package will never actually
go to the testing repo.

It may have been created during a period when there was, IIRC, a bug in
Bodhi or something which meant newly-created updates weren't
automatically submitted to testing as they usually are. You can submit
it to testing manually by clicking 'Actions' at top right.

It will not get to F33 stable now until after Beta release, because
we're in Beta freeze. If you want to do rebuilds against it you can
submit a buildroot override, but of course be careful with unintended
consequences of that. Any rebuilds done should, I guess, be added to
the update itself, too.
