Sigh, sorry. Fixed instructions:

# rm /etc/resolv.conf
# ln -s ../run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf /etc/resolv.conf

It should look like this:

# ls -l /etc | grep resolv
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 39 Sep 9 14:13 resolv.conf -> ../run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf

(Unless you intentionally want to configure DNS differently and are OK with having a non-default setup.)
