Looking at qemu.spec, are you talking about this one?

Does it also happen on armv7hl and i686? I guess not.

The rest if %ifarch s390 can be dropped as far as I can tell.

You can also drop ppc, ppc64 and mips64, too. For example, here:

Will this affect COPR-hosted projects?  So far I've been considering both i386 and s390 on equal terms to x86_64.
