So Bodhi does actually do this, but it's not *super* obvious. If you go
to the "Automated Tests" tab, everything will be red, but if you read
carefully, it says something like "1 of 1 required test results
missing" - so it does tell you the failed vs. missing state. It's just
a bit visually "buried" under all the red, and it's not visible from
the default view, where you just get "This update's test gating status
has been changed to 'failed'" and a red 1 next to the Automated Tests
tab link. We could maybe tweak things a bit there.
