New Mock release v2.5

Hi packagers,

I'm pleased to announce that there's a new mock/mock-core-configs release:

    https://github.com/rpm-software-management/mock/wiki/Release-Notes-2.5

This is rather a small release, so shortly, from the most interesting
changes -- there's a new opt-in plugin for `rpm --showrc` dump, there are new
Fedora ELN chroot configs, and we newly set a custom HTTP User Agent when
downloading packages.
