Checking
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/datagrepper/raw?category=mdapi&rows_per_page=5 we
can see that it started running again at around 16:20 UTC today and its first
notification was: 
mdapi.repo.update mdapi noticed a koji repomd change: , 0ad, and 71041 others JSON

In the mean while I saw nirik's comment on IRC:

So it looks like his fix fixed it :)
