Wait. It's not hanging, it's not running yet.
Looking at [0] all the s390x builders are busy right now, so it's just
a matter of time until they become free again and your build will
proceed then.

I simply didn't expect a build job which usually takes very few minutes
to build, to take 2hours+ for f33/s390x ;)
