Well just looking at libsysstat, it's used just by lxqt-panel, and
looking at that it's used by the plugin-sysstat option, so if you
remove it that functionality will disappear. Also in this context
libsysstat is a LXDE library so it's not particularly surprising it's
only used by that project.

I think the same goes for the libqtxdg, I suspect things will build
but you'll lose functionality.

But looking at the FTBFS builds in koji it should be a simple fix for
the builds because of the cmake build changes.
