Was this package built and then untagged?

It seems as if ceph was built yesterday, and it picked up
fmt 6.2.1:

https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/ceph/15.2.4/10.fc33/data/logs/x86_64/root.log

However it's not installable in the buildroot for qemu builds
because libfmt.so.6 isn't available:

https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/1162/48111162/root.log

So that's all a bit odd ...
