While your hardware may be capable that doesn't mean the software driver is available.

Sometimes it's the opposite: Haswell / Ivy Bridge partially support Vulkan. What to do there?

What's more confusing is that AMD hardware have three drivers for Vulkan:
- Mesa
- AMDVLK
- AMDGPU-Pro (Proprietary)
