So, the PAC proposal should have this defect https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=94891 integrated before its enabled.

That defect is in 10.2 and has been backported to 10.1/9, but I don't see it in the version currently in rawhide. Is there a plan to roll gcc forward before or as part of the mass rebuild?
