The %bid macro is definitely meant to be usable with any build system,
but I'm proposing that as Copr patch both because it is very trivial for
me now and it is simple to test it there without the risk it will hurt
anyone's work-flow with Koji.  We just can afford to do such experiments
there.  The worst case scenario in using such macro everywhere is that
particular build-system doesn't care about it (keeps it undefined).
