https://<name>.github.io/ -- you'll almost always find it at
https://github.com/<name>/<name>github.io, unless it is a
repo-specific GH pages.

Then it'd be:

https://<name>.github.io/<project>/ -- which you'll find somewhere
in the https://github.com/<name>/<project> repo (either docs/
folder in the default branch or gh-pages branch).
