Well notably: plymouth-quit-wait.service. Surely plymouth keeps running until everything else has finished, right?

I would hope that gdm tells plymouth to go away or starts a new console anyway, but that would be good to find out. There's no reason for anything to be waiting for abrt to finish loading.
