OK cool. I just wanted to add, I tested and confirmed that if I 'systemctl disable dmraid-activation.service', it does indeed cause systemd-udev-settle.service to no longer run, so seems to work nicely.

Next, I will test disabling ABRT and confirm we'll boot twice as fast without it. :(
