Yeah, that text is confusing. Advanced users know how to install an
update, so they don't need to be told the exact command line and can
figure out how to download the rpms directly from koji. OTOH, users
who *could* make use of it, are the same group who will be confused by
the command failing. In the end, having it like this is worse than nothing.

Also, those messages in bugzilla are a major source of noise...

Ideally, that message would be sent out only after mirrors have been
synchronized.
