This just happened on Fedora rawhide build now.

Could anyone fix it?

You seem to have submitted that build in an unfortunate time window
between python 3.9 landing in rawhide, not reading the loud [HEADS UP]
thread, and the rebuilt systemtap landing in rawhide.

It seems koji has now run a newRepo task and the dependencies are
fixed again, so you should be able to just resubmit the same build
again now, and it should work.

Please don't. systemtap also depends on Boost, which is also being
built in a side tag.

Please read the [HEADS UP] mails to this list, we send them for a
reason.
