Hello.

I've seen several packages updated in rawhide after the "Rebuilt for Python 3.9"
commit. Please don't rebuild the packages in regular rawhide unless it is
critical. When it is critical, please let me know about it, so we can coordinate.

 
Sorry, we rebuild kernel daily, and kernel-tools/kernel-headers every Monday.  I really wasn't thinking about the side build.
