Yes. Submitting an update does not require git-level permissions to commit
changes.

Here is what I'd like to see:
1. unpush the update
2. create tracking bugs for maintainers of dependent projects
 a) wait maybe a week or so for maintainers to submit a new build)
 b) if you don't get any response from a maintainer, please ask here for some
    provenpackager to trigger a build
3. create an update for libb2 + all dependent packages


borgbackup:
- EPEL 7 build is ready
- In F31 I experienced strange test failures which only happen when doing
  "real" builds (all scratch builds work fine). I believe this is due to a
  flaky test suite but I will need some more days to investigate this. Maybe
  I will just disable the tests but I'm not yet sure.
