I can see where the sets overlap. Maybe we can figure things out somehow.

If this is the list, there are only 67 common packages.

I think we can:

1. build current boost with Python 3.9 in f33-python target
2. build boost 1.73.0 with Python 3.8 in f33-boost target
3. do our rebuilds
4. once one of the side tag is ready to be merged, we coordinate:
5. build Boost 1.73.0 with Python 3.9 in the remaining side tag
6. rebuild the 67 common packages

WDYT? Of course if the common set is 500 hundred, we don't probably want to do this.

We discussed it on IRC and agreed to go ahead with this plan.
